Cogo Labs was honored to attend the Boston Business Journal's Best Places To Work awards ceremony where we placed 8th in the medium-sized company category. This award is given to companies that "have built outstanding work environments for their employees." This award is confirmation of all of the exceptional work that has been done here at Cogo to maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and passionate work environment.

Our delegation celebrating a top ten honor at the Boston Business Journal's Best Places To Work Awards Night

Kelly McDonald, Senior HR Business Partner, and Emily Hannon, Manager of Talent Acquisition, have been a driving force for hiring and cultivating an organization of highly engaged, thoughtful, and committed employees. Kelly expanded upon how much the honor meant to her personally and how bright she sees the future of Cogo.

While Cogo is currently scaling, Emily Hannon has been deeply focused on maintaining our culture and emphasizing the driven, technically-minded, and considerate people that make Cogo who were are. Emily discussed how this win validates the initiative she's taken to make Cogo one of "Boston's Best Places To Work."

In addition to the work of the Talent and Culture team at Cogo, President and CEO, Mira Wilczek, has established an atmosphere of career growth, collaboration and transparency that's led to so much success here.
